LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a license agreement between magnet-textures and the User. The use of the photographs from magnet-textures’ website is conditional upon the User’s agreement to the terms and conditions set out below.  If the User does not agree to these terms, then he/she must not accept the terms, purchase, download, access or otherwise use any of the products from magnet-textures’ website.
magnet-textures may revise and update this agreement at anytime and without notice. The User‘s utilization of the magnet-textures’ website after such change is in place constitutes the User’s acceptance of these changes.

LICENSE
magnet-textures offers photographs of materials (textures) on its website (www.magnet-textures.com)  for game developers, architects, graphic designers, and other professions. No payments or royalties are requested to use these textures. The utilization of magnet-textures’ photographs is non-exclusive, royalty free, and the User has the right to modify them. However, the use is limited by the Conditions of Use stated below.
All photographs on magnet-textures’ website remain in the ownership of magnet-textures and are licensed to the User, not sold.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs on magnet-textures’ website are the property of magnet-textures and are protected by intellectual property laws. Some images contain graphic materials like signs, names or logos. The use of this kind of images is at your own discretion. The photographs have been taken in public spaces and the rights for the picture lie with magnet-textures. However, using the signs, names or logos might not be allowed.

CONDITIONS OF USE
The utilization of the photographs from magnet-textures’ website is only allowed under the following conditions:
- Private, non-commercial and commercial use
- Use in 2D and 3D computer graphics, movies and printed media
- Use in 3D visualizations of architecture and industrial design
- Incorporation in computer games and 3D models
- Selling 3D models bundled with modified versions of the textures, when the texture is customized for the 3D model
It is NOT permitted to:
- Re-sell or distribute any of the photographs from magnet-textures’ website in an unmodified form, or where the derived product you are selling or distributing is again a texture or a collection of textures.
- Bundle the photographs with software such as paint programs, 3D programs, or photo-kiosk software.
- Stockpile the photographs with the goal of making a local copy the photographs on another site.
- Using a special program or script to automatically download all the photographs from magnet-textures’ website. The account of Users who try to mass download will be de-activated.
- Release the photographs or derivative products under Open Source Licenses.

PRIVACY
magnet-textures respects the privacy of the personal information of the User. The personal information is protected from unauthorized use and will not be disclosed to any third party. All information asked from the User will be used solely for the purpose of completing the registration, payment for license, delivering the product and addressing customer service issues.

TERMINATION
magnet-textures reserves the right to terminate the license of the use of the photographs on magnet-textures’ website if the User is found in breach of this License Agreement and does not remedy that breach immediately after receiving notice from magnet-textures.
